The Single Ended Shear Beam load cell, designated as Model SESB-1, is specifically crafted for process weighing applications. The DESB-T model, a low-profile double-ended shear beam load cell, is constructed from high-nickel alloy steel with built-in lightning protection and sealed to the IP68 standard. Specifically engineered for tank and silo weighing applications, the mounting is designed to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction of the vessel.

The CMP model, a compression load cell, features monolith construction and is crafted from high-nickel alloy steel. This load cell is well-suited for a robust design, and its unique construction allows for angular loading without compromising accuracy. Sealed to the IP68 standard, the load cell’s unique mounting cups, combined with an optimal radius, provide this rocker assembly load cell with accurate results and ease of installation.

UNV-C Bin Mount Assembly
The UNV-C Weigh Modules with lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement have a very low profile, utilizing a ring torsion compression load cell with a self-aligning load button. This configuration is ideal for tank and silo weighing applications.

The mounting is self-aligning due to the load button on top of the load cell at the loading point. This assembly comes with lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement, making it ideal for tanks and hoppers. It can withstand vibration and is designed for thermal expansion and contraction.

This is a simple mounting arrangement that is easy to install, suitable for conveyor, tank, and hopper weighing applications.

The mounting is designed for conveyor scales and small bin weighing systems. The top loading button can be modified to act as a floating or fixed assembly, based on usage.
