MODEL : SESB-1

The SESB-1, a single-ended shear beam load cell, is purposefully designed for process weighing applications. This robust load cell is sealed to the IP67 standard (with an optional IP68) and features sturdy construction, making it well-suited for challenging industrial environments. Crafted from high-nickel alloy steel, it possesses the durability to withstand impact loads.

MODEL : SESB-2

Characterized by ruggedness, it is sealed to the IP67 standard (with an optional IP68) and features robust construction, rendering it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Crafted from high-nickel alloy steel, it is engineered to endure impact loads.

MODEL : DESB-T

The DESB-T, a low-profile double-ended shear beam load cell, is manufactured from high-nickel alloy steel, incorporating built-in lightning protection and sealed to the IP68 standard. Specifically designed for tank and silo weighing applications, the mounting is configured to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction of the vessel.

MODEL : DESB-S

The DESB-S model, a low-profile double-ended shear beam load cell, is meticulously crafted from high-nickel alloy steel. Featuring built-in lightning protection and sealed to the IP68 standard, the Uni-link Loadcell exhibits versatility for both dynamic (truck/in-motion weighing) and static applications (tank and silo weighing using a rigid mount assembly). The load cell’s design configuration ensures that lateral loads do not affect the output.

The DESB-R model, a low-profile double-ended load cell, is constructed from high-nickel alloy steel. Equipped with built-in lightning protection and sealed to the IP68 standard, the Uni-link Loadcell showcases versatility for both dynamic (truck/in-motion weighing) and static applications (tank and silo weighing using rigid mount assembly). The load cell’s design configuration ensures that the output remains insensitive to eccentric load.

MODEL : CMP

The CMP model, a compression load cell, boasts monolithic construction and is crafted from high-nickel alloy steel. Robust in design, its unique construction allows for angular loading without compromising accuracy. Sealed to the IP68 standard, the load cell’s unique mounting cups, combined with an optimal radius, provide this rocker assembly load cell with accurate results and ease of installation.

MODEL : UNV-C

The UNV-C model, an ultra-high accuracy load cell, is high fatigue rated and designed with high-nickel alloy steel construction to withstand impact loads. Ideally suited for dynamic applications, it can be used in various compression mode applications and is sealed to the IP68 standard.

MOUNTING ASSEMBLY

UNV-C Bin Mount Assembly
The UNV-C Weigh Modules feature lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement, providing a low profile with a ring torsion compression load cell and a self-aligning load button. This design is particularly suitable for tank and silo weighing applications.

 
 
 

UNV-C TANK MOUNT ASSEMBLY

UNV-C Tank Mount Assembly Similar to the Bin Mount Assembly, the UNV-C Tank Mount Assembly includes lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement. Its low profile, achieved through a ring torsion compression load cell and self-aligning load button, makes it ideal for tank and silo weighing applications.

DESB – SILO WEIGHING

The Tank Weighing Assembly is fully configured for tanks, silos, and hoppers. Equipped with special hardened contact points, it is designed to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction of the system.

SESB – HOPPER MOUNT ASSEMBLYY

Featuring a self-aligning mounting with a load button on top of the load cell at the loading point, this assembly includes lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement. It is suitable for tank and hopper applications, designed to withstand vibration and thermal expansion and contraction.

SESB – TANK MOUNT ASSEMBLY

Similar to the Hopper Mount Assembly, this configuration is self-aligning with a load button on top of the load cell at the loading point. It offers lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement, suitable for tank and hopper applications, with resilience against vibration and thermal changes.

SESB – RIGID MOUNT ASSEMBLY

(SESB – RMA)
A straightforward mounting arrangement, easy to install, and suitable for conveyor, tank, or hopper weighing applications.

SESB – SILO MOUNT ASSEMBLY

Featuring a self-aligning design, this assembly is suitable for tank and hopper use, offering resilience against vibration and designed for thermal expansion and contraction.

CMP SILO MOUNT ASSEMBLY

The CMP weigh module comes prestressed with lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement. It is designed for tank and silo weighing applications where vibration levels are slightly elevated.

DESB – TRUCK SCALE ASSEMBLY

Conveyor Mount Designed for conveyor scales and small bin weighing systems, this mounting can be modified to act as a floating or fixed assembly based on usage.

BBM – CONVEYOR MOUNT

The mounting is designed for conveyor scales and small bin weighing systems. The top loading button can be modified to act as a floating or fixed assembly, based on usage.

CMP-HOPPER MOUNT ASSEMBLY

Hopper Mount Assembly The low-profile CMP weigh module comes prestressed with lift-off protection and a self-jacking arrangement, designed for tank and silo weighing applications with slightly higher vibration levels.

DESB – RIGID MOUNT ASSEMBLY (DESB-RMA)

Rigid Mount Assembly (DESB-RMA) This assembly, with lift-off protection and optional self-jacking, is ideal for static and dynamic applications, designed to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for tank, silo, or rail-mounted weighing systems.

DESR- LOW PROFILE MOUNTING

Low Profile Mounting Ideal for static and dynamic applications, including in-motion weighing for axle weight measurement. Compatible with all DESB models.

DESB – T – Laddle Mount Assembly A fully configured weighing assembly ideal for ladle weighing applications, including special hardened contact points. Designed to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction.

The DESB-T Tank Weighing Assembly is a fully configured weighing assembly ideal for use on tanks, silos and hoppers. The assembly includes special hardened contact points & is designed for Thermal Expansion & contraction of the system.

SESB – Foot Mount Assembly A simple and versatile mounting with a rubber base to dampen vibration and self-aligning capability. Used in conveyor and platform scales.
